For larger projects, we may require a deposit due to the amount of labor required. As we work on each project, we will share our progress with clients. In certain pieces with significant English problems, we may need to contact clients online to communicate and clarify the meaning of certain parts in order to help them convey what they intend and to choose the right words and style to achieve a high quality work.
